Great book - well written. It can be used as both a quick reference guide for lease and sale transactions, or as a means of understanding the components that it takes to complete an investment analysis. I like that this book is written by a broker, and so he's able to write from his daily experience. For example, he speaks to the reasons a customer should consider hiring a broker, but goes the extra step in stating that oftentimes, before you can begin selling your product, you must first be able to promote 'sell' yourself to your propsect.
