Overview

This is Book 4 of the Art of Love series and a novella. For max enjoyment, reading the previous 3 books is highly recommended.

DESCRIPTION: What do multiple weddings, a new career for Ellen Cannon, several characters moving, and an art gallery opening have in common? They’re all in this new novella in the Art of Love series. There are also scenes that will reveal the characters for Books 5 and 6 coming next year.

BONUS: Contains two 3-chapter excerpts. One is from another contemporary romance I wrote called, NEXT SONG I SING. The other is from my new science fiction romance series and is called, THE DEMON OF SYNAR. Both titles are available for Nook.

NOTE FROM AUTHOR: For fans of the Never Too Late series, I just wanted to mention that the Art of Love series is a bit different. It is slightly more serious, but still has many humorous moments among the Larson men and their friends. The first three books in the series center around Will Larson and his sons, who are a family of male artists. The heroines in this series are in need of strong heroes and I think you will be pleased with how the Larson men rise to the challenge. This fourth book, COMMISSIONED IN WHITE, is purposely more light and humorous than the other full stories. I doubt you have ever read a romance with more weddings in it. For maximum enjoyment though, you will probably want to read the others first (CARVED IN STONE, CREATED IN FIRE, and CAPTURED IN INK).

Meet the Author

Donna McDonald is a best selling author in Contemporary Romance and Humor, and lately has been climbing the Science Fiction list as well.

Science Fiction reviewers are calling McDonald “a literary alchemist effortlessly blending science fiction and romance”. Contemporary and humor reviewers often write to tell her that the books keep them up reading and laughing all night. She likes both compliments and hopes they are true.

McDonald’s idea of success is to be sitting next to someone on a plane and find out they are laughing at something in one of her books. This would of course be while she was heading off on her next adventure to feed her creative soul.

    too short

The others in this series has been almost 600pages. This one is only 311.....then there is a three chapter excerpt from another series....shouls have been less of an excerpt and more of the commissioned in white story. Very disappointed.

Series started out wonderful, but ended in disappointment!

I started out loving this seriies, first 3 books brought me closer to the Larson's. But by the end of the 3rd book was losing interest and the 4th book was a disappointment. I think having started this series with two wonderful characters as Will and Jessica and getting so wrapped up in their lives, to the point of not wanting to put the book down. Was so looking forward to their wedding and getting caught up into it, only to be so disappointed. I feel the author just barely brought us into their wedding and lives and just wanted this series to end. Don't think I will read the 2 other books that are suppose to come soon to this series. Would like to atleast leave this series with knowing that the Larson's are all married and happy!

    Great series

This series is so wonderfully creative. A family of artists where each book centers around their finding love in very unusual ways. Waiting impatiently for the 5th book!

    The Art of Love series

The crazy Larson family are funny and witty. I really enjoyed following them. Definately unconventional, but enjoyable.
