Meet the Author

Dr. Danielle Babb is a consultant for real estate organizations, where her primary goal is to help them survive the coming wave of technology. She has a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a Technology Emphasis, and M.B.A. with a Technology Emphasis, and a Bachelors degree in Business. Dr. Babb is an adjunct faculty member at seven area colleges, including: Indiana Wesleyan University, Capella University, Baker College, American College of Computer and Information Sciences, Walden, and North Central University, where she teaches courses on IT practices affecting all areas of business. Dani is a California Licensed Real Estate Professional.

Dr. Alex Lazo is part of the faculty at American Sentinel University and Axia College, where he teaches courses in Management Information Systems, E-Business Strategies, Internet Concepts, and Computer Networking. He has a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a Technology emphasis, a Masters degree in Management Information Systems, and a Bachelors degree in International Business. Dr. Lazo currently works with the world's premier, full-service real estate services company,where he recruits, mentors, and supervises network engineers, programmers, and analysts.

    A MUST Read!!! Aggressive and insightful information

    This book was absolutely incredible, and tough to put down once you get started. It provides an insightul and forward looking view into the real estate world from a high level IT professional that is a seasoned owner and investor. Dr. Babb has done extensive research to look through the eyes of the realtor, lender, broker, and appraiser in writing this book. You MUST read this book....and you must make changes based on the recommendations in the book, or you may not be around in the next few years.....

    A Must Read for All Real Estate Professionals

    I read the manuscript as a reviewer for Dr. Babb, and I was impressed. With the rapidly changing real estate marketplace brought on by technology, a real estate professional should consider this a Bible for survival. It is richly detailed and insightful.

    Real Estate agents need to change their sales approach now!

    I run several real estate offices, and was giving the opportunity to read the manuscript. This book explains what is going to happen to the real estate agent, as well as anyone who works in a service industry if they don't go beyond their normal job description. The internet has changed the face of transactions with its free flow of information readily accessible to all and as service providers we need to use the concepts and ideas in this book to change our business model to have future success.

    A Must-Read for All Real Estate Professionals

    I have reviewed the manuscript and, as a long-time real estate investor, I can state with absolute confidence that this book should be considered a must-read by any individual involved with any aspect of a real estate transaction.     A must buy for anyone interested in real estate!
