Cyrus Townsend Brady (1861-1920) was an American journalist, historian, biographer, and author of adventure novels and Hollywood screenplays.  His best-known works are The Island of Regeneration (1888), Indian Fights and Fighters (1900), Three Daughters of the Confederacy (1905), and The Island of the Stairs (1911).
