In this book I have endeavored to address the more common complications seen in thyroid patients and the treatments that are commonly recommended for them. I also relate my personal experience with some of these thyroid disease related complications and the treatments I undertook to resolve them.

Included in the chapters are discussions on hair loss, diminished sex drive, adrenal fatigue, weight gain, diabetes risk and prevention and much more.

This book is not intended to be an extensive manual but is intended to contain information most often sought by laypersons on the subject.
