This is such a great little book. The photographs are wonderful, and the recordings are of superb quality. Mr. Elliot covers 50 of our common species and includes a generous sample of each bird's song and call. Kids will also love this one...the pictures are just fantastic, and they LOVE hearing the birds sing. I've only had this book for a short while and it's already well-worn. As a beginning birder, this guide has really been helpful and inspiring. I hope you will check this book out.
