BUYER BEWARE!! I bought this book by accident. Within 30 minutes of the purchase I realized my mistake and called BN. They told me I will not receive a refund and that I should have cancelled my order within 15 minutes of placing it. There is NO WHERE on the website that indicates this when ordering or when reviewing the receipt.
