Overview

Although Communication with All Life is about animal communication, it isn’t just a how-to book, but a guide that will help you discern how much you’re already exchanging feelings, words, and pictures with your pet. Woven throughout the book are many stories to illustrate and support the theory that animal communication isn’t something that you do or need to learn . . . it just is.By tuning in telepathically, Joan Ranquet has helped thousands of people and animals deepen their connections with each other, resolve behavioral problems, assist in the process of death and dying, and examine issues surrounding illness and accidents. Many of the situations that are dealt with throughout the book are actually people-perception problems rather than stories of an ill-behaved dog, cat, horse, bird, or other pet. Communication with All Life illustrates how to move past the emotional patterns that create unwanted behavior and ultimately demonstrates that animal companions give humans the opportunity to enact leadership and responsibility in their thoughts and feelings to ensure harmony at home.

Meet the Author

Animal communicator Joan Ranquet has used telepathic communication in an innovative way for pet guardians, breeders, trainers, and animal health-care practitioners to get new information that leads to understanding an animal’s problems and needs. Joan has acted as a translator for healing human/animal relations, solving behavior problems, isolating the pain or discomfort of illnesses, easing the various stages of crossing over, and finding lost animals. She also uses energy work and/or body work to alleviate pain. She teaches beginning and advanced animal communication and energy work for animals. This is Joan's first book.

    Love this book!

This book was/is eye opening for me....it showed me the ways I already communicate with my pets. It also shows how to 'reframe the picture' so we can send positive and encouraging messages to our pets when there is behavior we do not like. It is also eye opening in how much our pets will 'act out' what is happening in the home and in our own hearts and souls! Also, how to communicate with them in visualizing pictures (this is part of the reframing). We are connected as ONE SOUL and the soul is constant and just IS! I LOVE THIS BOOK and I am so thankful for it...more than anything I want to be an animal communicator!

THIS BOOK SAVED MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY HORSE!

Just when I thought I had to give up on ever having a great relationship with my horse, I found this book! Instead of continuing to think he "hated" me or disrespected me, this book taught me to re-frame the picture of his/my behavior... it worked. I can't recommend this book highly enough. I also used the techniques I learned with my dog who urinates everywhere... he's so much better at going outside now. Great read and full of great success stories.

I really enjoyed this book from so many aspects. The Author's story of how she became an animal communicator was very touching and since I have lost pets that were also "soul mate" animals, I could totally relate.
I felt like I got so much out of the chapters with the stories about the clients she's had and the issues they had to deal with, as I recognized myself or my pets as having very similar issues.
Having 6 animals myself I was able to extract a ton of useable information that applies to one or all of my pets. It was very eye opening to see just how much of my "stuff" gets picked up and carried around by my pets. I learned how to determine whether an issue or a perceived health problem is mine or theirs, and some really simple suggestions on how to fix them.
For example, I had a dog that would growl at children and I posted a list on our refrigerator showing the hierarchy in the household, humans first of course'. And let everyone in the household know that they had to think of this hierarchy as well and to let the dog know that behavior was unacceptable to all of us. Believe it or not it helped the dog to listen to the child as the leader and not feel he was above her. By the end of the week they were sleeping together.

I also got a lot of valuable lessons to use on myself by realizing that I was not balanced or that I was not managing my stress well and it came out as strange or unwanted behavior in my animals, be it dog, cat or one of my horses.
Now, I really try to tune into what is going on with me and take care of that and surprisingly it helps a lot.

There is so much depth and breadth to the examples and stories, that I now use the book that I have read cover to cover twice, as a "how to guide" for issues I may have with my pets or my friends and family may be having with their pets.

I learned something very important in Chapter 9 about the ethics of this profession and the importance of being "neutral", and "anchoring the good feelings". That helped me so much with a horse I have who had bad experiences with the farrier (person who trim horses feet and puts their shoes on) and because of this I would hope and fear that he may act up every time the farrier comes, and of course he did, and it was dangerous for the farrier, the horse and me. I had even been accidentally given a light concussion from him acting out. Now I try to anchor all the good feelings of good times I have had with him and the one or two times that he was just stellar for the farrier and to hold only those thoughts while he his shoes are being put on. I also noticed that when my farrier is clear minded and just assumes my horse will be good the energy is different and the horse is in fact good. So, in this case for safety reasons it has been great for all of us!

And lastly I loved the part on overall wellness because I have made it a passion to study animal nutrition over the past 4 ½ years since I lost my beloved dog to renal failure. I also have become interested in some of the energy work that can be done on animals that the Author mentions in the last chapter.
Overall this is an excellent read and a very helpful and informative "hand book"; it is well worth the money and then some. I have recommended it to friends and family and I give it as gifts to all the animal lovers I know. Can't wait for her next book!
