Table of Contents

The author relates his dream in June 1996 warning of a future terrorist attack on America and a second dream about five tornadoes, and he reveals how these dreams predicted the attack on the World Trade Center. He encourages readers to read the book for biblical insight and answers for understanding their dreams and visions.

Chapter 1 The Last Days—Time That We Pierce the Veil

Humanity has struggled to believe in a world they cannot see with their eyes, touch with their hands, and smell when they breathe. In this chapter the author discusses the invisible veil that covers both the natural eyes and the spiritual understanding of men and women and gives biblical insights for “lifting” or “piercing” this veil so that the invisible realm becomes visible.

Chapter 2 The Dream Factor

During the years between Adam to Abraham mankind had no written law to read or follow. God revealed His will through dreams, visions, angelic encounters, and personal visitations. Since dreams and visions are going to be manifest through believers as the Holy Spirit flows through the earth in the last days, this chapter discusses these two methods of delivering messages, warnings, and instructions for correctly reading or interpreting the meanings of dreams.

Chapter 3 Dreams—Amazing Purpose for These Revelations

In this chapter the author discusses a “deep sleep” or “spiritual trance” when true spiritual visions may occur. He lists some issues that God addresses through dreams and explains why dreams and visions are important even though we have the written Word of God.

Chapter 4 Why the Symbolism—Can’t God Make It Plain?

More and more people are poring over biblical references to dreams and visions to unlock the cryptic codes and strange passages that have stumped scholars in previous generations. The author discusses biblical symbolism in this chapter and helps the reader to understand biblical symbolism and patterns.

Chapter 5 Learn to Listen to Your Wife’s Dreams and Warnings

The author uses the warning dreams given to the wife of Pilate just before the trial of Jesus and shows that apparently Pilate listened to his wife’s warning and “washed his hands” to free himself of the guilt of innocent blood. He discusses the instincts that women have today and gives several examples demonstrating women’s power to understand dreams.

Chapter 6 Why Are Some Dreams Delayed in Coming to Pass?

In this chapter the author explains the reasons for some dreams being delayed before coming to pass. He uses anecdotes to demonstrate the purpose for delay. He explains that a delay is not a defeat.

Chapter 7 Nightmares and Dirty Dreaming

“Dirty Dreaming” involves the kinds of dreams that no one wants to talk about. The author shows the Jewish rabbinical view that such dreams may be the result of a demonic spirit. He lists several reasons why such dreams occur and gives steps to stop nightmares and dirty dreams.

Chapter 8 False Prophets and False Dreams

The author warns that a true dream or vision must always be in agreement with the written Scriptures and will complement the will of God in a person’s life. He discusses the issue of personal prophecy, giving biblical insights for dealing with it. He gives important criteria for judging a dream for accuracy.

Chapter 9 The Psychic Voices versus the Prophetic Visions

This chapter discusses the clash between two kingdoms—the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan. The author reveals spiritual reasons for the increase today of psychics and the rise of familiar spirits. He shows readers how to identify the real prophetic, citing amazing biblical examples.

Chapter 10 What It Means When Dreaming of a Departed Loved One

Through the examples of dreams he has had of his beloved grandfather, the author shows us how to understand the purpose for dreams we have of departed loved ones. He gives several reasons why God allows us to see a departed loved one. He addresses dreams of our own death, or of premonitions people have of their own death.

Chapter 11 The Law of “Double Dreaming”

Citing the example of Joseph’s interpretation of Pharaoh’s dreams, the author explains the biblical principle of “double” dreams. He compares it to the NT principle of two people being in agreement.

12 Can a Warning Dream Be Changed Through Prayer?

The author cites numerous examples of warning dreams. He reveals the biblical principle that warnings and mercy always precede judgment. He shows how intense prayer may be needed to avert the spiritual attack or alter the circumstances.

Chapter 13 Four Types of Spiritual Visions

The author uncovers the meanings of four types of spiritual visions or dreams. He explains the difference between dreams and visions and helps the reader understand the biblical purpose for each.

Chapter 14 The Meaning of Symbolism in Dreams

The author provides detailed biblical symbolism used in dreams, including the following objects: doors, a lamb, cattle, a bull, a goat, a dog, a swine, a serpent, trees, rocks, mountains, a desert, valleys, rain, water, a river, the sea, fishing, oil, wind, tornadoes, flowers, a field, wheat, corn, birds, locusts, a sword, arrows, a lamp, fire, smoke, the right hand, the left hand, bread, meat, vessels, earthquake, lightning, storms, chains, and foxes.
