Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Steven McDonald
While it might be preferable to have both Four on the Floor and Road to the Isle as complete and separate CDs, this Compilation works very nicely, showing off MacMaster's lively fiddle style and her ability to select tunes from a variety of traditional sources. A good place to start with her work.

    brilliant

I just noticed that I don't have all her albums. But of the ones I have, this is my favourite. Tracks 8 and 16, each 7 or 8 minutes long, are worth the price of the album alone, as they are pricelessly brilliant.
