Meet the Author

Mark Warda received his J.D. from the University of Illinois in Champaign. Licensed in Florida, he has written or coauthored over sixty self-help law books, including How to Form Your Own Corporation in Florida and How to Make Your Own Will.

James C. Ray received his law degree from the Duke Law School. Formerly a partner in the Raleigh office of LeBeouf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, Mr. Ray is now a visiting lecturer in business law at North Carolina State University and a member of the faculty of the legal assistants' program at Meredith College in Raleigh.
