    Sushi for Everyone from Beginner to Expert!

    After a number of disastrous attempts to make my own sushi with the right ingredients, but without any step-by-step instruction, I came upon this book. It has not only provided me with the step-by-step techniques I needed but also with clear, understandable photographs demonstrating the various processes. Though I still have quite a way to go, I've made great progress, all thanks to this book. The photography is outstanding, the technique descriptions are clear and well written, and the range of types of sushi covered defies imagination.
