John J. Talamo is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University. He is the author of The Real Estate Dictionary, which has sold over two million copies and is used nationally by government agencies, title companies, escrow companies, and real estate agents. In addition, he has written or co-authored several other self-help law titles, including the bestselling The Mortgage Answer Book and Tenants' Rights in California.
Mr. Talamo has taught real estate courses on a part-time basis for many years. He was also an adjunct professor at DeVry Institute of Technology in Ponoma, California, and taught law for thirty years at various colleges on the West Coast. He did all of this while maintaining his legal practice.
Mr. Talamo, while semi-retired, continues to writes from his home in the Las Vegas area.
Mark Warda received his law degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has written or co-authored over seventy self-help law books, including The Complete Book of Real Estate Contracts and Essential Guide to Real Estate Leases. He is also a licensed real estate broker and has taught numerous seminars on real estate law.
Mr. Warda maintains a busy legal practice, continues to write and currently resides in Winter Haven, Florida.
