Taking off from where Fit or Fat? left off, The Complete Fit or Fat? continues with Covert Bailey sense of humor and easy writing style. Covering some of the basics of Fit or Fat? as well as incorporating more current research such as glycemic load, this book stands alone. I would highly recommend this book over any other diet book to anyone considering losing weight or getting in shape.
