Marilyn Gioannini identified her own intolerance to common foods only after years of suffering from ailments her doctors could not cure. After reading about the many effects of food allergies, she discovered she could avoid chronic joint and muscle pain and depression by simply changing her diet, and went on to do the research and experimentation that lead to this book.
