I've read several books on real estate investing and several author's have said, "Everyone needs to understand Financing". With this same theory, this book has proven it to be true.
Years ago I worked as a loan officer so I had the opportunity to learn and understand financing. If you don't have an understanding, this book will give it to you. Steve covers it all, step by step. He gives examples, talks about picking the right property, how to get in and get out, how to check the NOI and find the NOI and cap rate even when it's not given and so much more.
He ends by putting it all together. I almost took it back but I will be keeping it now.
PS - Steve, if you see this, a short term Conduit Loan may work for me.
