    Not an encyclopedia, closer to a for Dummies book

    If you are looking for an enyclopedia on tax liens, this is not the book for you. After reading this, I can with definite confidence that I can come into a tax lien auction and actually know what to do. It breaks it down to seven simple steps.<BR/><BR/>Definite 5 stars.

    Superb - Library Weekly Book Review

    Superb, fun to read, and introduces a new alternative to stocks and bonds ¿ Don Sausa shares the secret of banks and wealthy investors. The book guides you from day one to day seven on how to research, and invest in tax liens and tax deed foreclosures. His writing style is refreshing, sprinkled with humor and inviting.
