This book provides great insight for those who don't know how to eat a meatless diet[ main courses, snacks, desserts, etc. The substitutions are simple and the recipes are so good. These are everyday recipes that we are familiar with in western diets, but veganized. There is even a section for gluten-free and soy-free recipes. This is a great resource.

I love that this sample includes a couple of charts and even a recipe, so I can get a feel of how the rest of the book in structured! Great job! However I am having a problem highlighting/bookmarking the actual charts to save for later. I may purchase the physical book (versus digital) in order to have charts more easily readable and accessible.

This is my favorite vegan book, can't imagine cooking without it. The recipes are the best part, most are great alternatives that even carnivores will eat.
