This book is going to become my handbook for living with ADHD. It gives information on ADHD in every part of your life. I learned a lot from the section on work and plan to implement some of the suggestions. I also found the chapter on ADHD in the elderly interesting, not because I am there yet, but because I think my mother has ADHD, even though she's never been diagnosed and the chapter talks about some of the signs of common coexisting conditions in the elderly. I would recommend this book to others with ADHD.
