After reading this book I walked away with a very small amount of what it had to offer. I learned only one of the openings it teaches when it offers ten. But I achieved an immense understanding of it for a player of my level and to this day am undefeated using the Sicilian Defense. As living proof, any chess player who reads this book is guarunteed to have an excellent start to to solid chess playing.
