This book in some ways could be a 'workbook' for those interested in finding out more about their previous lives. The book is divided into five main parts, each one discussing various topics about past life regression. Starting off with a background of past life research, there's also mention of Edgar Cayce, a famed psychic who has been dead now over 50 years and yet his work is still timely. The book's next section delves more into ways to prepare to do a past life regression, even offers a look into what a visit to a past life regression specialist is like. The author points out too that some of us somehow 'remember' bits and pieces from past lives, such as the 'deja vu' feeling you may get from a place you've never visited before, or how karma you experienced in a past life may still be playing out in this lifetime. The author also offers 'tools' for doing a past life regression on your own. From the numerous self-hypnosis steps designed to get you in touch with your unconscious mind, to using your five senses to help you 'experience' things you will encounter, to 'grounding,' even creating a plan of what life you'd like to 'visit,' and knowing how to react to what you find during a 'past life visit.' There's even mention of taking a visit to see what a 'future life' of yours will be like, although he cautions this should only be done with a qualified regression specialist. I found this book to be intriguing and I plan to do some 'visiting' to my past lives in the near future.
