    Highly Recommended

Susan Gregg is absolutely wonderful! This book far exceeded my expectations. I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a beginners guide to meditation. It is life-changing if you want it to be or it can simply inspire, that is totally up to the reader. Gregg's non-judgmental approach allows the reader to relax and learn to meditate at his or her own pace.

I have never felt more calm from reading a book.

I'd recommend this book to all who have been, are, or who ever will be stressed. These meditations are filled with positive and tranquil energy. I felt more relaxed by just reading it! It's also very well-written and organized, with the exercises written as clear and fluid as water. This book can change your life, no matter who you are.
