    A few gems

Years ago I read a children's book that used portions of Swenson's "Untitled" poem. My feelings for that poem represents quite well my feelings for her poetry overall. Some of it is very sensual, very beautiful, very haunting, while some of it takes off into thoughts I just don't grasp.

You'll find some gems in her poetry and you may enjoy the sensuality she boldly laces into her poetry.
