This cookbook is a great introduction to Mediterranean cooking. The author shares her personal experiences and also provides a wide variety of recipes of differing difficulty levels. You will find plenty of things that are easy to make as well as several that may require more time or introduce you to new ingredients. I have a huge list of recipes that I still want to try!
