The pictures are excellent and show all the details you need to know to excell in your ITF forms; but always remember that no one learns martial arts alone. Try the other books that I suggested and also practice WTF forms as well as Palgye ones. Tae Kwon Do is a complete martial arts system and we should keep all forms alive. Was this review helpful? If you practice ITF Tae Kwon Do and you are looking for a good book on forms, this is one of the best books I've read. The pictures are very accurate about stance and hand positioning, but just reading about a new form can become tricky. It's best to have your Sah Bum Nim show you the form and THEN read the book in case you forget a movement. As with every reference book, what you are taught and what the book shows may be slightly different. Names of strikes, blocks and kicks may also be different than what you were taught. In general, it was great addition to my collection and got me through my first seven forms. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
