    I just got this book and love it.

    I just bought this book and love it. A large hardcover with wonderful pictures. I've been struggling with videos that are either too slow or too fast. It's size and composition make it easier to do the asanas at your own pace. The morning and evening excersises are what I'm doing right now. I'm over 50 and did not have problems using this book, but I've been excersising for 20 years and am in fairly good health. As the doctor says, if you don't use it, you will lose it. Yoga is a great for stretching, flexibilty and increasing strength. The more you do it, the easier it gets. This book is a great starter book. I would also recommend the video 'Yoga for Dummies' to really get you started on the proper breathing and explanation of the poses. But after awhile it gets too slow. I chose this book after examining a few in the bookstore. I highly recommend it. I just feel better already.
