The Newsletter should serve as an informal bulletin for information and discussion, including short articles, book reviews, and news on individuals or projects. Contributions are invited and are indeed essential to keep the Newsletter alive and interesting.
Our intention is to distribute the Newsletter free to anyone interested. New readers are most welcome!
