If you are looking for a book that will help you take better photos, look elseware. I actually felt there was very little compositional value in this book. The author implied that unless you had top notch equipment and were able to travel to exotic and remote locales you could forget about taking a good photo. Most of the book seemed to be focused on the authors self-agrandizement, rather than composition.
