Dara Edmondson Writes With Charm, Compassion and Wit

Having read COMPROMISING POSITIONS on line, I was hoping it would appear in print because Dara Edmondson is a writer of great imagination and wit. Actually some of her scenes and dialogue are worthy of theatre or film. Ms. Edmondson's 3 protagonists -- Crystal, Maureen and Patsy -- have a friendship so deep, supporting and loving that you will either identify with or envy it. These 3 women are all at turning points in their lives and I was so taken with the novel that I found myself rooting for them. Having been a parent of teenage daughter in rebellion, I could really sympathize with Maureen, a mother who loves her offspring but doesn't quite know how to deal with the little monster her daughter has become. Although the crises the women face are serious, some of the scenes and dialogue are downright hilarious. From its steamy first chapter until the last page, COMPROMISING POSITIONS is a page-turner. I love a good read. Dara Edmondson has written one.
