Book is ok (Bought e-book instead of physical edition whcish became a problem) but save yourself the grief and buy from someone else. Customer service was worthless. I bought the nook book and lost the value of the cd of a book for certification (the site mentions nothing about the cd so I thought it would be included in the e-book format). I could cancel the nook book and when they refund (a few day or so) I could order the physical book and lose over a week of study time. I am disappointed in dealing with B & N. I have had issues with my nook and they (customer service) was awful and every time I have a problem I am left not pleased with interaction with customer service. I am shopping at Amazon as much as possible in the future (they have great customer service).
