Concept Of Laboratory Techniques In Biology
The text content of the book is selected purely in order to outline, in way to make things comprehensive to design and develop clarity in fundamental technology of science being applied and used in modern science as up-gradation in due course of time since from the beginning. The purpose of the book has evolved in context to explore the unseen molecules of biological origin, as well as, non biological concern with the help of advanced technology. Research in science basically is supported by the methodology applied with advanced technology. Hence microscopy, centrifugation, spectroscopy and chromatography are included in extensive manner so that student and researcher can get into the details of procedure. Separation of nano-molecules is a greater challenge in present concern and separation techniques thus offer greater advantages. Structural architecture is defined using various spectroscopic methodology, whereas, microscopy had made to visualize unseen molecules/organisms which was undoubtedly impossible with human eye. This book will help student and researcher to develop concept about methodology and get clarity of performance. Chapters are being dealt with figures and diagrams wherever, suitably required. We hope reader will find Concepts in Laboratory Techniques in Biology both useful and elaborative, although any suggestions or words are appreciated in order to improve the content of book accordingly.
