    Good basic book.

Set-up as a text book for classes, this is a good book to start learning the trade. As a full-time concierge, it left me feeling that the content was a little light. For example the chapter on ethics is 3 pages long. It is a more business-like than Holly Stiel's book ULTIMATE SERVICE, but Holly's book has better examples and sample forms. Worth having for any concierge, but there has got to be a better book out there somewhere.
