This is actually the best English-Arabic dictionary I have come across. It doesn't take up pages offering an Arabic-English section. The thing I like about this dictionary in particular is that if there's an English word with multiple meanings, the listing provides synonyms and phrases to help the user understand the actual definition used for each Arabic word. What I mainly don't like is that the Arabic text is handwritten and very tiny in comparison to the English text. And sometimes there are also some more commonly used Arabic words that are not listed.

I bought this book to be able to look up English words and translate them into spoken Arabic (ie pronunciation). It gives the English word and the word written in Arabic. Unless you are trying to learn how to read, and not speak Arabic, this book wont help.
