    Greatest book of all-time

'Conditioning for Baseball' is a masterpiece of contemporary non-fiction. The philosophies introduced by author Pete Silletti are some of the most revolutionary ideas of our time. Kudos to Mr. Silletti on his monumental achievement that is: 'Conditioning for Baseball'.

    A Grand Slam!!!!

My kid couldn't hit a ball to save his life. After reading Conditioning for Baseball I was able to formulate a baseball workout program (along with a nutritional and weight lifting program) for my son which has him smacking screaming line drives harder than any of the other 6 year olds in his league. Best baseball training book I've ever read.
