"conduct unbecoming" is a remarkable book and very hard to put down. the arthur carried the codes for nuclear war for president clinton and is a vetren and documents how president obama has been making a wreck of our foreign policy including our with drawl of our missle defense system and how he has down graded our alliances with israel and great britian and what I found intresting is the writer had a compleat list of obamas foreign policy failures and he shares his military experience to show how this president will act in the near future great gift idea
What I expected: A breezy read that would include much of what a political junkie would already know from reading newspaper opinion columns, magazine articles and weblogs. What I got (unexpectedly): Educated. Think you know President Barack Hussein Obama? Think again. Mr. Patterson focuses his literary lens like an astronomer on distant planets - some familiar, some unheard-of - describing their heft and their paths through the skies. Next, he zooms out to reveal the interplay between these individual planets. Soon, in workman-like fashion as "Conduct Unbecoming" unfolds, a political solar system is revealed. It ain't pretty (this solar system), but it's accurate in the same fashion that the combined gravitational pull that planets exert can be calculated to describe the sun they orbit. What Mr. Patterson explains in this book are the planetary influences of those in varying orbits around Mr. Obama in order to reveal exactly who this man is. Well-sourced and well written, it is resource material - scientific text necessary to understand this president.
Sounds as if he were writing about W Bush and not Obama. I found this book very easy to put down. Would not recommend to anyone.
