I HAVE A DAUGHTER IN A CO DEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP AND THIS BOOK HELPED ME SEE WHAT SHE IS GOING THROUGH AND MAYBE HELP OR AT LEAST UNDERSTAND.
I found this book very useful after the breakup of my 5 year marriage to a complete control freak. It really helped heal some open wounds.
I was recently involved in a codependent and abusive relationship so when I saw this book I thought it would be helpful. The good news is that it was. It is broken up into three sections that can be read on there own or you can do what I did and read the entire book since it is only about 100 pages. Good and useful info.
