Confessions of Fire [Explicit Lyrics]

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
Following in the footsteps of Sean "Puffy" Combs, Cam'ron created an accessible fusion of rap and pop that manages to keep some sort of street edge. Of course, that doesn't mean Cam'ron is hardcore -- he may come off as an East Coast gangsta, but his music is polished and melodic, much like that of Puff, his mentor. He happens to be a better rapper than Puffy, but he doesn't have the pop flair that makes Combs' productions big hits. Still, he shows promise on his debut, Confessions of Fire. Although it has too many songs and some blend together, he shows potential as a charismatic rapper and there are enough strong singles, including "357" and "Horse & ...

    The Best CD.....

This is the best CD Camron made. New on the scene in 1998, Camron was something different with a lot of lyrical skill. This a very halarous CD.

    Artistic Stlye

The album was pretty good. Especially because I like vulgar language in the musicI listen to.The doesn't mean its right thats just what I like to listen to. I disliked the fact that there was too many songs because there was alot of good songs but because of the fact there was too many songs there were many I disliked more then the ones I liked. I recommend that if you like rap with a R&B swing to it with lots of profanity then you will like this album. But personally after hearing the whole album I would suggest you just buy the single.

    Artistic style

The album by Camron was medicore. It had some songs I liked that horse and carriage,357,and F*** you. I think the album wouldv'e been better if he didn't put so ,many songs on the album. because there were some that were good but there was a lot more that I didn't like. I like in some songs he put and R&B swing to it. The beats weren't always good but I like the lyrics. Persoally I like rap music with cussing on it so I was loving the lyrics because he cusses a lot. If you like vulgar language he's your man if you don't defintely don't buy this album.
