    Amazingly Outstanding

    This book taught me many things in life. It teaches many concepts of conflict resolution in life. I wish everyone would read it. It is amzingly outsating. 5 stars!!

    This is a book for everyone involved in conflict resolution. Whether you are a manager dealing with employees or a professional mediator, this book is a valuable resource.

    I really like this book, having carried it with me for a month

    I find that I have had this book with me every day for almost a month, which gives a bottom line. I think the book is well worth the cost, though I plan to do a better review once I've really digested it.
