Moore writes this as if he has been there himself. He completely gets it, and has ideas for how to get out of it.

This book cut right to the chase of my problem because the author used a writing style that skipped all of the psychobabble. I also liked that the book does not play the blame game and made a person like me who obsesses over relationships a bad person. It's about time a guy wrote a book about this kind of problem that impacts both sexes

This book personally spoke to my situation and as a man, it was the book that I had been searching for to help me with my problem of becomming addicted to relationships.

I read the previous version of this book and it was simply excellent. A must read for anyone is a destructive, obsessive relationship.
