All Music Guide - Kenyon Hopkin
Rhys Fulber had already proven his skills in ambient dance with Delerium. On Conjure One, he develops his own ideas further, applying a wonderful grasp of sounds from the Mediterranean and Middle East. Fulber traveled the world to put together this breathtaking work, which was recorded in Amsterdam, Vancouver, London, and Los Angeles. Given his busy production schedule, it's no surprise that this took three years to finish. The result is satisfying to say the least, as Conjure One is nothing short of sweeping ambient dance-pop. Most magnificent are Sinéad O'Connor "Tears From the Moon", Poe "Center of the Sun", and Marie Claire D'Ubaldo "Manic Star". With other collaborations from Billy Steinberg and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, this ethereal solo debut if you can call it a solo effort is another big step forward for Fulber, as well as culturally diverse pop. A limited-edition version comes with a second disc of remixes.

    Ambient Dance-Pop

Conjure One is the new project by Rhys Fulber, who is well known for his work in Delerium and Front Line Assembly. I miss his contributions to Delerium but I find this album interesting and enjoyable to listen to. It's got a excellent ambient beat with great vocalists Sinéad O'Connor (Tears of the moon), Poe(Center of the sun). I recommend this to fans of Delerium!

    awesome album

I was turned onto this album from a internet forum. I had asked if any one was a Delerium fan, if so, what similar groups did they like. This was the response, and I think I actually like this better.

    Exotic Mystery

It evokes so many simultaneous feelings: peace, awe, joy, excitement. There is no one word to describe the beauty of this cd. I feel as if I've been whisked away to a beautiful, mysterious, and exotic land. Wonderful for relaxing and chilling out.

“Conjure One” by Conjure One contains illustrious chillout/synth pop tracks that capture a spectrum of human feelings. “Center Of The Sun”, “Tears From The Moon” (feat. Sinead O’Connor), “Make A Wish”, and “Sleep” are among some of the multiple tracks on this cd that are poignant.
