    Awesome!

This book has really brought focus to my dreamscapes, and help in understanding the messages each dream has for me. By learning from and understanding your dreams, I believe you get to know a deeper part of yourself. This book started it all for me. Great Read!!!

    Super, Down-to-Earth Book

This is a wonderful overview on the power and conscious dreaming. The author makes an obvious, not nonetheless startling, point. Many focus on lucid dreams where we attempt to control our dreams. Rather we should dream consciously and let our dreams speak to us. His techniques are simple and in hindsight very much just common sense. I have had success listening to my dreams and it has already helped me in waking life. I high suggest this book!
