Overview

What brings an 18th century prostitute to that darkest of places where she is willing to trade her frail human life for the gift of immortality as a vampire? Constance Delaware, wrongly accused of murder, is sentenced to death. She grasps at the chance for life offered by a beautiful woman with extraordinary talents.

Her vampire mentor introduces Constance to the vampire royal family and, appalled at their power, Constance decides to challenge them. She begins to gather those from the dark side who wish to join her quest. After winning the first battle, Constance realises the royals are far more powerful than she had realised and flees with her lover. When they are discovered, he is killed and Constance is condemned to spending her immortal life imprisoned in an underground tomb. How can she hope to escape from such a place? Is there a future for Constance beyond the walls of her burial place? Only one man knows.

Meet the Author

I have always been an obsessed reader, with a vivid imagination. Since I was a child, I have had my head up in the clouds. I favoured the fantasy tales, I could not get enough of witches, fairies, dragons, vampires etc etc. I came up with mythical tales while cleaning my house, or thinking of side stories for the books, I read.

I was twenty four years old, having a vampire movie marathon, when something hit me. Nearly all the vampire stories/movies were a love story, or they were good, or hated everything about themselves. A little voice in my head said, "what's going on, vampires aren't good, they're evil!"
But from that thought, a character popped into my head, an evil, sadistic vampire wanting to conquer human and vampire kind!

When I write, I feel as though I'm giving life, not just to the characters that would not exist without me, but to myself.
I hope you enjoy following the 'Constance' saga, and following the dreamer's walk amoung the clouds, as I stretch my fingers, causing them to tingle before tapping away on the keyboard, to create a new world.
