    A Law Student Must-have

    Any law student with half a brain will buy this treatise. I attended the Harvard Law School, and this book saved my life in both Constitutional Law and my advanced constitutional law courses. Although Professor Chemerinsky has a progressive spin to his text, the book is well-balanced overall. Highly recommended.

    AVOID RENTING FROM BARNES AND NOBLE AT ALL COSTS

    i thought i'd save a little money and try renting from barnes and noble, but it was a BIG MISTAKE. The book i received was in TERRIBLE condition--think bent pages, ripped cover, writing/underlining that made the text illegible. Also, when I called to complain, they said my only option was to return it. They were absolutely unwilling to do anything to make the matter right, such as sending me a better copy or crediting back a portion of what I paid under the assumption the book was in adequate condition. For a large company, I would expect better customer service. There are better places to shop, I recommend you stick to the competition and do NOT waste your time/money dealing with Barnes and Noble rentals.

    def a must for Con Law- actually explains the holdings of the cases and the various level of scrunity for different areas. worth the money

    This is the best supplement for any con law class

    All of my friends and I ended up buying this book by the end of our Constitutional Law class. It explains everything in a clear, understandable way -- and uses the major cases that are in every casebook.

    Buy this book now, read the sections that correspond to the assigned reading, as you move through the semester, and be ahead of the game -- rather than buying it at the end (which nearly everyone does) and rushing to catch up before the final. Trust me. It's worth it.
