The only really positive thing I can say about this book is that its small size makes it more portable than most law school books. Our professor has us using it as the hornbook. I would never use it as a study guide or supplement. It is just as coma-inducingly-written as any other hornbook. It's boring and over-written like any other law school hornbook. Skip this if you are looking for a study aid or supplement, and go with Emanuel or something similar.
