This book is an edited version of my uncensored adult version of my book entitled, Construction Tales: Volume I: A Womans Journey to Become an Electrician. The book is geared as an inspiration for young teen readers who want to accomplish anything in life. As a woman, I entered a male dominated construction field almost 20 years ago to become an apprentice. I was not welcomed or embraced in the beginning. However, after some hard work, dedication, and sweat, I won some hardened construction workers over. I successfully demonstrated I was smart, strong, and ready to learn. Over a period of time, my co-workers made the exception and taught me the trade. Young readers should know that even the most difficult tasks can be accomplished with strength and determination.
