I recently finished typing up the notes that I took while reading this book. The theories provided in Constructive Living made a lot of practical sense to me. They were clearly written and easy to apply to my life. I noticed a lot of the basics of Constructive Living has been used in other methods of behavioral psychology. This book was easy to read and hard to put down. Anyone interested in mindfully living will enjoy this book.

This is great to help for everyone, if you are in need of a 12 step, just have a few issues, or think you have none. It teaches how to get through just about anything, so if you need help it's great, or if you don't and you read it now it will help you with any stumbling blocks that may come along later. Buy one, read it and share it with a friend. This is a great "night stand book" to read each night.
