Great book and very easy to understand, spoken in plain English. The CDROM contains about 20 contracts which can be utilized very easily, encompassing just about every type of contract you can think of. I've learned the hard way that if you don't have a written contract before you start work, a verbal contract isn't hardly worth squat. A must-have for small business owners.
