Having recently started therapy for an internet adult chat compulsion, I was seeking some answers as to how I got myself into that situation, and how I go about getting out. This book helped me to understand the characteristics of my background, upbringing, and marriage that put me at risk for developing the problem, as well as how to go about beating it. I'd highly recommend it to both those who have similar problems, and the ones that love them. It's a niche book, but highly useful.
