    EASY to follow!

I have made five of the meals and three of the desserts so far, and everything was very easy to do! I love how it didn't overwhelm me with complicated steps, and that it included a picture of what it should look like. The Beer and Beef was my dad's favorite, the Tiramisu got great reviews on New Years (I did change that at make it in a pan. The recipe was more than enough and instead of 4 servings, I got 12!)
I'm ordering a few for friends as gifts. I rarely do that. But this one is good!

Best Tasting-Low Calorie Recipes I have tried in a long time!!

I love to cook and have many cookbooks. I flipped through this in the bookstore and thought it looked interesting. Boy was I right!! I have tried quite a few of the recipes in this book. I like that I usually keep these staples on hand, so I don't have to change my shopping habits. The recipes are very, very tasty and low calorie to boot. I have found some new recommended items, which have become favorites. My husband has deemed many of the recipes as "Keepers". I will continue to try new recipes and make the "Keepers" on a regular basis. Thank you for this great book! I will take a peek at the other books in this series to see what they offer.

    Great recipes, bad digital copy.

The recipes are easy enough, and they do have the pictures and all, but the problem with the digital copy is sometimes the recipe directions bleed over into another recipe if they don't take them over entirely.
