Take one mistake and add two more...

This book has a great premise for, i.e. 'the preliminary and explanatory part of...', all those who incorporate food storage into there lives. I was excited when I saw the title and immediately ordered it thinking it would give me many ideas of how to use our food storage on a weekly if not daily basis. To all who may have the same thoughts, save your money and the accompanied frustration that comes with receipt of the book. It is filled with recipes that have omissions and other errors of varying degrees. I wrote to the authors asking that they possibly consider a revised edition but was met with silence. That is to bad since there is really a need for a well put together book on this topic that incorporates recipes that have been tried and tested, not to mention a manuscript that has been thoroughly reviewed prior to publication. Sorry, Mrs. Layton and Mrs. Tate, this one doesn't really rate even a single star but deserves a trip back to the drawing boards and kitchen counters.
